Turkey Stock, Via Twitter

I’m writing a story about gravy that suggests making a turkey stock. I made some last week and live-tweeted while working on it. Here’s a transcript of the tweets to give you an idea of how to do this at home. You owe it to yourself to turn the turkey carcass from Thanksgiving into stock. Use it for gumbo, to cook rice, for soup, whatever. Yum.
