In Good Taste: Volt

Here is what I expect will be my last word on Volt for some time:

Bryan Voltaggio deserves all the press love that’s been lavished on him (I recently leafed through a copy of Food Arts that had a short story on the place, which is about as big an indicator of the restaurant’s importance as I can imagine). While it is impossible for me to anonymously analyze the restaurant, I genuinely believe anybody who loves serious food will be pleased by dining there. Go see for yourself if you don’t believe me.
