Hey, Look: Another Catering Menu

For 30:

  • Spring greens with dried cranberries, toasted hazelnuts and 8-year balsamic vinegar dressing
  • Fresh fruit assortment with minted Greek yogurt dip
  • Assorted miniature quiches: spinach, bacon-and-onion (Lorraine), three-cheese
  • Mini French toasts with real maple syrup and whipped cream
  • Assorted homemade breakfast breads: scones, biscuits, muffins
  • Tea sandwiches: smoked salmon and dill cream, home-cured bacon and turkey, cucumber, chicken salad
  • Assorted local cheeses with crackers and fruit pate
  • Miniature pastries: rich brownies, coconut-pecan bars

There’s more, but that’s all I’m contracted to provide–I think there’s a cake, some kind of cookies, and some other treats coming from guests.
