The Beauty of Dry-Rubbed Food
I just wrote a little story for the Frederick News-Post on the subject of dry-rubbed meats.
Don’t be afraid to get your fingers in your food!
I just sold some ancho-crusted pork shoulder at an event tasting today. This technique is delicious and easy. Just don’t be shy with the spices, and don’t be afraid to really rub them into the meat. Yum.
